When is the Gold Coast City Council Elections?

Polling Day is Saturday 19 March 2016 and polling booths are open from 8am to 6pm.

Pre-Poll Voting

The Electoral Commission of Queensland (EQC) will establish four pre-poll booths on the Gold Coast:

• The Returning Officer’s Office at 6-10 Trader’s Way, Currumbin Waters
• Albert Waterways Community Centre
• Southport Community Centre
• Helensvale Community Centre

In addition, Gold Coast electors may cast a pre-poll vote in Brisbane at:

Sandgate Room, Ground Floor, Brisbane City Hall, Adelaide Street, Brisbane

Pre-poll  centres will be open from 7 March to 17 March 2016.  Any elector may cast a pre-poll ballot.
